What is the standard shipping time for bikes and accessories?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Complete bicycles typically arrive within 5-7 business days via our specialized freight partners, while accessories usually arrive within 3-5 business days.
Do your bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. We include a basic tool kit and a step-by-step guide, but we recommend a professional safety check at your local shop.
What is your return policy for sports gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets and nutritional products cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Do you offer a warranty on bicycle frames?
Yes, all Biket Hillcrest frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components and suspension parts are covered by their respective manufacturers for 1-2 years.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Affirm for higher-priced bike models.
