To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. We include a basic tool kit and a step-by-step guide, but we recommend a professional safety check at your local shop.

What is your return policy for sports gear?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets and nutritional products cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
