At Biket Hillcrest, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your ride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Biket Hillcrest account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Pack the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unused, sellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
